The cows are milked twice a day and their rich, creamy milk travels just yards to the Creamery on our farm where we create award-winning cheeses as well as delicious yoghurts, butter, and kefir. We prefer not to homogenise our milk, so the cream will rise to the top – you might want to shake it before consuming. Our innovative milk packaging is made from 40% chalk, a natural material that requires no chemical processes to extract and minimal energy to produce.
